We are hiring for the role of Head – Finance for a leading Educational Institute

Job Description:

• Managing the organization’s financial reporting.
• This comprises all required financial reporting, monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, Managing and overseeing the financial systems of the organization.
• Providing sound financial assistance and information to management in order for it to make important business decisions.
• Ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolve
• Ensure that annual inspections are carried within all departments, within budget, and that changes in regulations are integrated into a continually improving service.
• Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions and Vendor Management.
• Organize resources and administer cash flows and transactions.
• Ascertain all accounting endeavours and audits comply with financial laws and rules.
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR, policies and procedures
• Budget Preparation, consolidation and MIS on the same for various stakeholders.
• Interaction with plant operations team.
• Capital employed, Balance sheet reporting

Requirements-

• Expertise in bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, and cash flow management.
• Good forecasting analysis,Budgeting and risk management experience.
• Leadership and management experience.
  Skills in strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving creativity.
• Ability to work with higher management to organize, plan, and achieve financial goals for the organization.
  Familiarity with accounting software
